Part One: Unpublished letters and documents dealing with Joe Hill's life and his court trial. Part Two: Barrie Stavis' play, 'The Man Who Never Died', including "the music used in the play and production notes for the theatre worker." Joe was shot to death by the State of Utah on November 19, 1915 after having been found guilty of the charge of murder.
