Blue cloth hardcover with gilt titles.

Located in the Middle Marches within easy distance of Northumberland, the house and estate of Wallington became the property of the National Trust for the preservation of Places of Historic Interest and Natural Beauty. 43p: frontispiece + 7 black/white photographs on coated paper hors-texte, postcard of "The Garden" laid-in; 20cm. Book: Very Good (slight edgewear, "1688" penned on title-page, otherwise sound). Dustjacket: Glassine Paper Good (edgewear, chipped at spine ends and fold ends, 2" piece from lower rear panel, slight shelfwear and darkening).
