There were at least four volumes in the series: Survey, Engineering, Bridging, and Operating (1940-42). 195p: 64 numbered plates, 21 of which are fold-outs, tables, figures; 22cm. Appendices. 505g. The tables, figures, and plates are referenced in the text and the Table of Contents cross-referenced to text location. Good (edgewear and rubbing, spine ends pulled, War Office stamps to front endpaper and title-page, inked name to upper board and front endpaper, text block clean and sound but for a few lightly penciled margin notes, fold-outs very good).
