Includes an "Essay by Horatio Hale respecting Red Jacket's Official Home and Rank" which this "eminent philologist and scholar has kindly contributed". These Annexes were printed after the "Reply" as it was thought that they may be of some assistance to the Tribunal. Includes some documents from "Canadian Indian Treaties and Surrenders" which are referred to in the Index of the Reply but not printed therein. 142 pages; 24cm. 202g.
